Insurance/ Billing Information


RaDS, Inc. participates with many medical groups to provide healthcare services to their HMO members and participates with numerous other health plans.  Please check with your individual medical group, IPA or your provider directory to verify plan coverage.  It is also the patient’s and/or referring physician’s responsibility to obtain any required prior authorization for services.  As a courtesy, RaDS, Inc. will bill the patient’s insurance directly.
